Repairing Non-Rice Equipment
For personally purchased computers, software, cell phones, etc. it is best to contact the vendor who sold the computer for repairs.
They will be able to explain warranty restrictions and may often have access to direct contact numbers for your hardware manufacturer. If your warranty has expired, or you need services that they cannot provide, here is a list of computer repair vendors in the Houston area.
