Purchasing a Personal Printer

Personal printers are available for reasonable prices in a wide variety of retail stores. Low-end printers such as HP's 1300 series or below may work fine for low-volume printing at home, but they do not hold up for an acceptable length of time when used for the volume of printing that occurs in Rice offices across campus.

All department purchases are made through Rice Marketplace,using a Pcard or departmental fund and org account.  See your department coordinator for details if you are making a purchase for Rice.
