FAX capability and copying are now features of Printers.  

Faculty and staff will receive a Rice discount on personal purchases (items for personal use, often at home) made through the personal purchase vendor sites linked through Technology Marketplace. Purchasing cards may not be used to buy computers, FAX machines, copiers, printers, software, or any other computer-related devices or accessories through the personal purchase sites in Technology Marketplace. 

All department purchases are made through different sites for these vendors, which do accept Pcards.  See your department coordinator for details if you are making a purchase for Rice.
